All products are handmade or ensambled by our company. Due to the artisanal nature of our work, slight variations in color, size, and design may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom or made-to-order products are final sale.

Once a custom order is placed:

• It cannot be canceled.

• It is non-refundable.

• Payment is non-transferable.

If a customer chooses to cancel a custom order, all payments made are forfeited.

Custom Items

All custom and personalized items are final sale and non-refundable.

All workshops require full payment at the time of booking.

Workshop Cancellation Policy

• No refunds are issued.

• No store credit is provided.

• No transfers to future events.

Failure to attend a workshop does not entitle the participant to compensation.

Workshop Liability Waiver

Participants attend at their own risk.
